What are the show hours?
Thursday, January 19 12 noon - 8 p.m.
Friday, January 20 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday, January 21 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday, January 22 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

What is the cost to attend?
The cost of admission is $12, children under 16 are admitted Free.
Seniors 65+ half-off admission THURSDAY ONLY

Am I able to return to the show another day for the purpose of buying something I saw at the show?
Yes, if you plan to revisit or purchasing something from one of our exhibitor, they should be able to give a pass to return to the show on another day.

Are there discounts available?
Yes, a $3 discount coupon is available at Discount Drug Mart.
Also, a $4 discount coupon is available at Sherwin-Williams stores throughout northeast Ohio.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold at the box office. Box office closes one hour prior to show closing.

Can I purchase products at the show?
Yes, many exhibitors sell their products or contract for services on-site at the show, often for a discount. Ask the individual exhibitors for details.

Are refreshments available?
Yes, the IX Center hosts a concession area during show hours where snacks and beverages can be purchased. Some exhibitors sell snacks as well!

Does the facility have wheelchair access?
Yes, the I-X Center is ADA compliant. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge. A photo ID must be left with the attendant. Strollers or wagons are not available to rent but you may bring your own.

Is there an ATM at the I-X Center?
Yes, there are ATMs in the East and West lobbies.
